3 drive thrus lit - one teller - wait 8 minutes for other lane to withdraw $400 - "my turn" to start my transition though I arrived first - ten minutes to withdraw $1000 because the ATM inop - never recommend
Consistently disappointed by understaffing. The service is fine, it’s just the wait. One or two people can not possibly help everyone in a way that is representing Wells Fargo’s service standards. De better! Hire more staff, it won’t hurt your bottom line that bad.
Great service
I think Wells Fargo, Carrollton, GA, branch is about the worst place I've ever tried to do banking period. Other customers tell me "the tellers are hateful." Moreover Angelic and Tatiana are the worst customer service reps I have ever dealt with. They interrupt and talk over you at every chance. For the record the response below is a farce, no one replied, followed up, etc.
