Every single employee was friendly and the bank was festive for Halloween which was refreshing. The 2 employees that worked with me today were friendly, fast and helpful. I walked out with eveything I needed and relieved.
A deposit I made was stuck in there atm and a claim was made. They credited me the money but then took it back. Also they were unable to provide the information on how much the deposit was for because they don’t have access to that information. I will be switching banks and telling people to stay away from Wells Fargo because of how easily they will steal money.
