Huge waste of time just trying to talk to someone. 2 weeks go by and it wasn't even the right promotion they were trying to route me into. Waited for a phone call for 2 weeks and drove 30 minutes for nothing. Can't even call the bank directly. Awful service.
Its a bank not doctors office. You make appointments to see the doctor not to see a banker. Covid-19 protocols have been removed
Incompetence at its best. Louis Funicella and Eva “you don’t need my last name” couldn’t close my account and give me a check for $300 for an 1hr and 30 minutes. Lou Peirano is the branch manager, not in the branch. You need to step up the customer service of this bank. Worst experience ever!
Horrible service... had a medical facility put a lean on my bank account... never received any mail... so they provided me with the information to contact lean representative... I called and they mistakenly took my funds because they ran my insurance number wrong... so they sent wells fargo a letter stating to return all and any funds taken... so wells fargo intentionally tried to steel my 60 dollar processing fee... I spoke to 12 different employees of wells fargo and was told something different everytime... asked to speak... read more
