Incompetence at its best. Louis Funicella and Eva “you don’t need my last name” couldn’t close my account and give me a check for $300 for an 1hr and 30 minutes. Lou Peirano is the branch manager, not in the branch. You need to step up the customer service of this bank. Worst experience ever!
Horrible service... had a medical facility put a lean on my bank account... never received any mail... so they provided me with the information to contact lean representative... I called and they mistakenly took my funds because they ran my insurance number wrong... so they sent wells fargo a letter stating to return all and any funds taken... so wells fargo intentionally tried to steel my 60 dollar processing fee... I spoke to 12 different employees of wells fargo and was told something different everytime... asked to speak... read more

For an industry that takes so many holidays, closing at 12pm on Saturday is rude, entitled behavior of people with no work ethic. If we could do anything without banks, we would.
Exceptional service. I came in with two babies under 2 after a incredibly rough morning, and the two women in here literally made my morning better. The women/ bank tellers were so kind and informative, they showed me things about the Wellsfargo app I had no idea. They showed me how to order a replacement card and have it be updated in my tap to pay instantly. They informed me I could use tap to open the door for the bank, this was after one of them talked to my girls while the other helps me with my withdrawal. They were si... read more
