I came into this location on Monday at 4:15 and was told I could not open an account because it was too late in the day. Wells Fargo is open until 5 pm and I do not drive so I wasn’t able to just come back any day. I was turned away and told to go somewhere else. I cannot believe how terrible the customer service was in this location and I will never come back.
I made an appointment and was never seen. I was told after waiting 30 minutes the banker left. I was not given a notice or call. Was suggested to go else where.
They have always been nice to me. I have been banking with them for years and haven't had any problems with anyone. I just which they would open this branch back up.
