I went in with an appointment to open a savings account and everything went smoothly and the banker Cristina R was very helpful and kind. Great customer service!
Let me start by saying this location is AMAZING!!! My daughter recently passed away and I needed to close her bank account so I went to this location cause it’s the closest and I am glad I did those ladies had so much compassion and were very patient with me cause of my “state of mind” they went above and beyond what there job requires. When I first got there I checked in and told the little teller why I was there she told me to have a seat.
