Extremely disappointed with the service today. I came during my lunch break to access my safe deposit box something I’ve done for years without needing an appointment. I was not informed that it’s now by appointment only, and no one provided an estimated wait time. Had I known, I would have come back another day instead of wasting my entire lunch hour sitting in the lobby. Understaffed in the front lobby with a long line waiting to be help3d, yet three staff at the drive thru and none of them came up front to help. Worst bank I have ever been to.
I called ahead to see if I use their ATM to get cash out from the ATM and go inside to exchange the notes to $5 bills? But they said since I don’t bank with them they will not. I bank with USAA and they are only located near Military bases. I don’t see a problem exchanging their notes for smaller bills. It’s literally coming out of their ATM.
Excellent service by Akkila, helped me get my claim settled, and also explained really well how to start my credit from scratch, really kind and informative.
