I went in today with my wife for a couple of adjustments and open/change an account. Carlos Arias is the banker that took care of us. Since the very beginning he was really friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated that he takes time to explain every detail and what’s being done. He addressed all of our concerns, offered promotions, and made us aware of things we didn’t know we had to update. He is always friendly and takes the time to explain the bank's new products and promotions. He is one of the main reasons Wells Fargo is my primary bank. Thanks Alex!
Después de 8 años me cierran la cuenta sin dejarme de cobrar mi dinero solo por ser un cubano sin residencia pero con permiso de trabajo. No les interesa si mi familia come, sin no se paga la renta y demás. Es solo una falta de respeto.
Pésima atención en el drive thru. Nunca hay nadie ahí, tienes que llegar y empezar a sonar el claxon para que venga alguien y luego vienen sin deseos de trabajar y se vuelven a ir sin darte explicaciones y se demoran cantidad que no los ves ni sabes lo que están haciendo.
