They dont honor first come first serve. Waiting for 10 mins for a rep to help me. Sitting down looking at my phone as I wait, I look up and they are helping someone else. Bad etiquette.
Horrible customer service!
Will not honor their agreements and takes forever to even open an account. Watch out, they will change their terms and conditions and start nickel and diming you as soon as they see a chance. Go somewhere else!
What a joke, I'm an existing customer and went into this branch to open a new account. After waiting for 15 minutes we're told they are too busy today to open new accounts. Are you kidding me? What business of any kind tells a customer who is bringing new business that they are "too busy" to transact that new business? Needless to say we went elsewhere.
