They never have more than one teller. It would Be beneficial to their customers if they have the staff needed!
Went in to change addresses on our account I had no problem then my wife walked and one of the associates snapped at her and treated her like trash also wasn't even her customer she had walked into another associates office to yell at her it is very unprofessional and shouldnt be tolerated as I am busy right now when all my business is done I will be closing my account
Since they closed the Courtney Branch, I’ve been forced to go to this location. It’s incredibly frustrating every time I go. There are always a number of people sitting at desks while there is a huge line for the one cashier that’s open. That despite there being multiple people behind the counter. Wells Fargo third party check provider no longer includes check registers with check orders. You must drive to the nearest branch office and pick them up in person which was fine until they started closing many local branch locations. What is this, 1950? Terrible customer service.
Cute location but sign clearly says drive up ATM and yet there is only a walk-up. Need to cover it remove sign
