Will not honor their agreements and takes forever to even open an account. Watch out, they will change their terms and conditions and start nickel and diming you as soon as they see a chance. Go somewhere else!
What a joke, I'm an existing customer and went into this branch to open a new account. After waiting for 15 minutes we're told they are too busy today to open new accounts. Are you kidding me? What business of any kind tells a customer who is bringing new business that they are "too busy" to transact that new business? Needless to say we went elsewhere.
They never have more than one teller. It would Be beneficial to their customers if they have the staff needed!
Went in to change addresses on our account I had no problem then my wife walked and one of the associates snapped at her and treated her like trash also wasn't even her customer she had walked into another associates office to yell at her it is very unprofessional and shouldnt be tolerated as I am busy right now when all my business is done I will be closing my account
Since they closed the Courtney Branch, I’ve been forced to go to this location. It’s incredibly frustrating every time I go. There are always a number of people sitting at desks while there is a huge line for the one cashier that’s open. That despite there being multiple people behind the counter.
