Wells Fargo third party check provider no longer includes check registers with check orders. You must drive to the nearest branch office and pick them up in person which was fine until they started closing many local branch locations. What is this, 1950? Terrible customer service.

I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for decades -had a jumbo mortgage through them which I paid off -have had no complaints till today- I forgot my checkbook at home and had to pay a contractor for his work-stopped by the bank to get a temporary check-they charged me $3 -it’s not a lot of money but I feel like we are all being fleeced by these big corporations in every way they can squeeze a buck out of you- never had to pay for those before now and it really costs them nothing-just greedy
Wells Fargo denied a claim of mine which was a fraudulent transaction, anyone could see it was fraudulent and yet it was denied twice.
This is my favorite bank everyone is always so nice and helpful it is a pleasure banking here ,hope this bank never close down .
