The manager Maria caused a delay in closing on my house because she forgot to authorize the wire transfer that I had processed the day prior. On that note, just getting the wire transfer initially processed was a massive headache. That part was at the cape canaveral branch but there were multiple problems from software bugs to a serious lack of personnel. My bank
Drive-thru bank tellers are very slow. I have tried going at various times of the day, and it is always the same. Incredibly frustrating to not have an ATM option in the drive-thru lanes. Some customers cannot easily use the ATM out front.
Everyone is very helpful and polite
