I had the absolute worst experience of my life at this Wells Fargo I went in on Thursday to get a document notarized like I always do but I usually do it at the Stiles branch. The woman behind the counter told me there was nobody to sign my document that I had to make an appointment and come back the next day at 3 PM. To start off, the women we have dealt with at this location have all been very helpful and super nice. Personal banker DC has been the most helpful. I am reviewing the condescending male "manager" who talked down to my relative who is visiting from another state and me. She has been banking with Wells Fargo for many years in another state and comes to visit regularly. This man was very dismissive to us and told us we would need an appointment with a banker. It’s so aggravating that they CLOSED the drive thru! If it wasn’t such a hassle to change banks I would!! That’s NOT very good Customer Service!!
Lauren in the drive was VERY rude… it literally took her 15 on one transaction. She needs be moved to another department.
WF continues to go downhill when it comes to customer service.
