I went there on Monday morning to do something that most banks hate (close my account) Priscilla helped me right away and even setup a second appointment on the spot for some follow up actions that were needed for the closure including setting up an international wire transfer. She was very professional, explained in detail all the steps needed and even called on my behalf the wells Fargo phone service for deactivating my credit card. I got to say that after Banking with Wells Fargo for almost a year, they have great level of safety, their system block an actual fraud by phishing transaction that I was to fall victim to. Also their wire transfer system is having multi step validation before actually executing the wire transfer, and more … Special thanks to this branch’s staff including the Branch Manager, and particularly Priscilla
