The waiting area features very clean sofas with bottled water provided right next to them—something I have never seen at any other bank before. Beyond that, the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to assist with any financial needs you may have. The parking lot is very spacious, including accessible pathways for people with disabilities. Additionally, the location is very convenient as it’s situated within a major shopping area in Huntsville
I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 35+ years, lived in 3 different states and have always been happy with the different branches until I moved here where Jones Valley is my local branch. There is no personal sense of customer service, they want everything done through the app and will not move to offer any human assistance unless you have exhausted the online or app directions by which time you end up going someplace else. I am outside Jones Valley Wells Fargo branch, after talking to 4 representatives about 2 CDs I opened last year. There were 3 of them that could not answer my questions, and then when I saw a banker, she had a very bad attitude. People is not kind in this branch, then don't know how to offer a good customer service. They did not clarify my doubts at all and told me to check the app for the statements, but there is not access to CD statements in the app. A visit to this branch is a total waste of time!
Jones Valley Office in Huntsville needs better air circulation in the Premiere banker office and NEEDS the dingy windows replaced AND AIRFLOW!. There is no air circulation, feels like a sauna. It is hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable. The representative was wonderful despite working in awful workplace conditions. I worry about his physical health. Please remediate.
Without exception, I have never, ever been treated as poorly by any place as the management of this branch in Jones Valley. They are arrogant, have bad attitudes, and are slow in delivering even bad service. They have cursed me behind my back and when I turned around to give them the chance to do it to my face, of course they slinked away into an office.
