Long standing WF customer. Needed to make change ( smaller bills) from 2 20's. I was told I need my debit card first so they can look up my account first?!? If I'm giving you $40 and want $40 back what difference does it make my balance? I did have my card, but seriously? Don't want my ID but want to see my balance to make change?? Never before in my local branch ( that WF closed).
I’ve been a client for well over 10 years this bank is horrendous. Never properly staffed nor can they keep staff for what seems like more than a few weeks, there’s never a manager available, Wells Fargo reps tell you one thing and the bank tells you another, issue after issue. Over ten years I’ve never brought or written a bad check yet every time I drop a check off it’s an issue. Go to a local bank that actually cares about their clients

Now I’m only giving this office 4 starts because my guy Joel was so patient and nice to me. He helped me as best as he could even when some corporate **** Nicole hung up on him. Everyone in that office is always so nice and patient. 5 stars for Joel and his manager. ZERO STARS for that **** Nicole
