I'm sure this is wells fargo in general. FYI you need an appointment for a name change. Every other bank I am with was super easy and did it without one. Person on the phone never mentioned this either. This shouldn't be such a hassle as clearly it didn't need to be. Everyone else could do it without issue
The customer service in this branch is really great. I worked with Liz and she was phenomenal! Liz is very patient and showed unwavering interest in helping me resolve my issue. She tried multiple different ways to help me and brainstormed alternative solutions with me. I came into the bank 30 minutes before closing and I never felt rushed. She was also very patient with my curious two year old which I really appreciate. Time to cut the bradford pear trees. Branches literally jut into almost every parking spot. Perfect way to scratch your vehicle.
