Extremely racist staff to my newly US Citizen mother who tried changing her name on bank accounts. Do not come here. Go to another branch where their “qualified” personnel will not belittle a customer and state incorrect information
I set an appointment with this Wells Fargo branch to open a business account, only to sit and wait over 30 minutes before anyone even came out just to tell me they wouldn’t help and that I should “do it online.” I explained that the online system didn’t work and I was told to come inside yet they still refused to assist me. So what’s the point of setting an appointment if you don’t honor it or actually help your customers? Came 10 minutes early for my appointment. Was then told the person I was scheduled with was not equipped to help me set up my account. I've been waiting over an hour to speak with the next person. When I tried to use the restroom they explained to me that there is not one open for the public and that most people just go across the street and use Taco Bell's restroom... Thats just Trashy. Don't offer me a bottle of water if you can't offer me a place to drain it....
Went inside the lobby today, and Maria was the most helpful teller! Thank you for helping me set up my accounts to make deposits easier! Great experience!
