The staff here is friendly and courteous.
Never had I ever seen metal fence around a bank entrance.. that speaks for itself we were hoping to get money from the ATM (during the day) but went to another location because there are many homeless people near and IN the drive thru area I’m sure we could’ve managed but imagine being put in that situation and being asked for money just be aware of your surroundings and go elsewhere if it looks unsafe
I went there after my work, I was so tired but I totally changed when I started talking with an associate personal banker there named Sloan Lizette Lopez. 💫 She is soooo kind, energetic, helpful and patient. I asked a lot of questions about opening a savings account and applying for a credit card and she really helped me with everything I needed. The bank was so clean and in peace and I had one of my best experiences there. Thanks to Sloan and the security guy there. 🪬🙏🏻🕉🪷
I’m not sure what the bank is like during the day, but at night, this has to be the scariest ATM stop I’ve ever made. My first time stopping here, it was very sad to see the area and homeless people living near the atm area. I wanted to make my transaction as fast as possible looking in all directions. This is a major city issue that Wellsfargo needs to address.
Anthony at the Fulton location is the BEST!!!! Excellent customer service!!! He will forever be listed as #1 in customer service in my book
