I will never bank with Wells Fargo again. Somebody fraudulently stole money from my business checking account Using my debit card. It made my account overdrawn. Wells Fargo would not help me recover the funds or give me a provisional credit. They filed a claim and it’s taking forever. In the meantime, I can’t run my business because of this situation. The bank is supposed to help the customer. Wells Fargo does nothing to help me as a small business. I will be switching banks today.
Best branch!!!!! I am horrible with names and wish I wasn’t because the blonde lady that helped me was awesome!!!! Jones Valley branch had me drive 40 min to get there only to say they couldn’t do what they told me they could the day before on the phone. Called University Branch and she told me to come there that she would handle everything and she did. Great branch!!!!! Best people !!!
I made a deposit in the drive through.
I had an actual question that only a person at the local branch can answer, but no one picked up the phone. I was eventually sent to the Help Service Line, but they could not help as well.
