I had an actual question that only a person at the local branch can answer, but no one picked up the phone. I was eventually sent to the Help Service Line, but they could not help as well.
There’s nothing worse than not opening on time. Your customer service starts when you open the doors. It would be even better if you would open 2-3 minutes early. As a manager of a business I am on a tight timeline. Since you were 5 minutes late opening I will now have to make a return trip for the deposit. This is now added time in my schedule. literally the worst branch. It's either only has 2 people there with a line or like 6 people, 4 tellers but only 1 teller actually waiting on the line...they just look at you like you don't have a business to attend to.. I say this because I managed a bank for years and I would have never allowed this to be the experience. . I am currently standing in the line 3 people behind the teller desk and not 1 waiting on the lobby line.
