After being turned away at the hopyard location just after opening. I decided to stop by this brand to close some accounts. Parveet quickly assisted me and apologized for their other branch. Within 5 minutes she completed the job I was told I needed a business banker for at the other location. Thank you to the Bernal branch for having exceptional bankers like Parveet on staff.
Customer service improved a lot in recent months: line is shorter, tellers are very friendly and effective. Very happy to have good WF branch at convenient location, and I will certainly come back often

Long line, only one bank teller: three others came in 9:55am trying 10min to open a new line. Painfully slow.
