The service staff, Natalie, was very rude when I was there at 3:40 ish today for a simple deposit after opening a checking account. The voice and tone speak volume to the service. She definitely left the impression that she was talking down on me and my husband. Very disappointed to be a returning customer.
This is the worst branch in my opinion for any information except for the basics like opening an account or something. Instead of saying they dont knoe the info, and looking into their info page or speak to their manager or senior banker, the team very confidently gives the wrong information for a run around to different branches. After being turned away at the hopyard location just after opening. I decided to stop by this brand to close some accounts. Parveet quickly assisted me and apologized for their other branch. Within 5 minutes she completed the job I was told I needed a business banker for at the other location. Thank you to the Bernal branch for having exceptional bankers like Parveet on staff.
Customer service improved a lot in recent months: line is shorter, tellers are very friendly and effective. Very happy to have good WF branch at convenient location, and I will certainly come back often
