Bianca Pelayo is wonderful! I see some of the negative reviews here on Google, but if you make an appointment with Bianca you'll be happy. She helped me with a complicated account transaction and she was efficient, friendly, and knowledgable. She explained everything to me (sometimes twice) and made sure I felt confident before I left. I'm very happy with the service I got!

The service staff, Natalie, was very rude when I was there at 3:40 ish today for a simple deposit after opening a checking account. The voice and tone speak volume to the service. She definitely left the impression that she was talking down on me and my husband. Very disappointed to be a returning customer.
