2nd worst Wells Fargo in Houston, just slightly better than the one on Bellaire…. This place is terrible.. avoid… employees are not helpful and don’t know their system. If it weren’t such a pain to change all my account drafts and direct deposit, I’d pull every cent I have from Wells Fargo and go to a different bank…. These guys here will make a good day a bad one in a hurry…..
After a hard day at work, I called the customer service number. Then,I had to fight the AI to try to speak to a human. I was finally able to speak to someone in Bangladesh or in that area even though their name was supposedly David. After some confusing exchanges, I was transferred to another number. Our favorite Wells Fargo branch because of Jordan Kopelman, Amy Quintanilla, and all tellers! Everyone is so nice, professional and competent. We have been with WF since 1999, 25 years! Now our kids opened their accounts here too. Highly recommend this branch to everyone!
Hi, I’m an employee of ABM Parking Service and I make all my deposits at this location. Recently, I noticed a new employee named James working there. I was really impressed by his professionalism and pleasant demeanor. He efficiently managed tasks at the window and drive-thru with a smile, and he made a point of greeting everyone who came through the door warmly. Waited in line 10 minutes only to be told that they are un able to give any change at all. What is this bank open for if you cant have access to our money. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
