They only make change if you have a certain type of account with them. If you are a customer but not with the a specific type of account they are unhelpful. Not sure why you wouldn’t do something easy for an existing customer. It’s not like it’s some random person walking in, and even if it was, why not just make change for them? You’re a bank.
Our favorite Wells Fargo branch because of Liliana Barajas, Alberto, Jordan Kopelman, Amy Quintanilla, and all tellers! Everyone is so nice, professional and competent. We have been with WF since 1999, 25 years! Now our kids opened their accounts here too. Highly recommend this branch to everyone!
2nd worst Wells Fargo in Houston, just slightly better than the one on Bellaire…. This place is terrible.. avoid… employees are not helpful and don’t know their system. If it weren’t such a pain to change all my account drafts and direct deposit, I’d pull every cent I have from Wells Fargo and go to a different bank…. These guys here will make a good day a bad one in a hurry…..
After a hard day at work, I called the customer service number. Then,I had to fight the AI to try to speak to a human. I was finally able to speak to someone in Bangladesh or in that area even though their name was supposedly David. After some confusing exchanges, I was transferred to another number.
