I came into this location to deal with a very sensitive issue. The branch staff was very kind and professional. The issue had to be escalated to the manager. Edgar was equally kind and professional. I am truly grateful for their help.
Worst Branch in the world!!! I came to open business account. She said I don’t know how to do that , only Maneger can open account which is ridiculous! She made appointment and said you will not wait again when you come back . I came back for my appointment but I am waiting again and Maneger says she is busy . Literally this is a bazaar not bank ! I have always had a smooth experience at this location, and the manager Edgar is extremely helpful, always goes above and beyond to help customers-even with the smallest tasks. Friendliest location in Houston that is for sure!
This location has rude and unhelpful staff the several times I have been in. Worst thing is that have the time their ATM machine doesn't take cash deposits. And they do not have an indoor ATM machine for safety reasons. This branch location either needs to fire their current manager or close the location all together.
