In March, they tell me my deposit would only take two days… it took so long that I almost got evicted and my vehicle repossessed. skip to September have to argue with these fools over my own money and when I’m asked to provide a timeline I start to and then I’m told they don’t want my life story. I read some reviews and expected the service to be bad, but it was actually great! Mary took care of me, she was nice, quick, and very attentive.
I hope you like waiting. Plan on 15ish minutes for something as simple as picking up foreign currency you stopped in days earlier to order. They call to say it's been delivered, but, then due to limited staffing, you have to wait 10-15 minutes... even though there are other workers walking around behind the tellers, too get your currency. Make sure your feed the meters fir at least 30ish minutes if you plan on stopping in. Is ridiculous how long this branch takes to service is customers. Absolutely ridiculous that blank checks cost almost .50 a piece. Case in point: 180 checks for $82.92. Banking used to be an admirable profession. Now they just rip you off any way they can. Plus they transfer all the labor to the customer.
I did not spend 20 minutes trying to navigate your awful system and then hold for 6 minutes to speak to someone who doesn't know anything and googled the same unclear answer to my question that I already found online before I called. Tellers are supposed to be knowledgable about their jobs at a BARE MINIMUM.
