The ATM machine does not work properly and the bank is closed even though it says it's open.
A great experience, the best bank that I have been to in the south bay.
My ATM card was not working because it had been deactivated from lack of use. Spoke to the manager(?) who authorized my withdrawal of cash. She did the right thing despite my appearance. A big thank you!
