I have banked with Wells Fargo for 30 years. Multiple accounts, line of credit, auto loans and 401k. Saturday June 21st I brought my daughter into the branch in West Point by Smiths to add a savings account to her checking account and make a deposit. We were told by the teller they would not help us because they didn’t have time before they closed. I wasn’t standing there 5 minutes before they closed so I’m not sure if that even matters. Austin was very helpful. Didnt pressure me into opening a new line of credit but helped me switch my existing card to a better one.
The staff at this bank treat me like a friend of the family. They know me by name and even know a lot about my life. Anytime I have a problem, such as problems with technology and accessing my account information, they always are so nice and walk me through it. There is no other bank I would use. Thank you!
I’ve had better customer service talking to a wall. Just went in there to cash a Wells Fargo check and the employee tried to deny me saying that it wasn’t a Wells Fargo check until his manager came over and corrected him. Good reminder of why I don’t bank here.
