Tyler, Tammie and Emily are amazing people and an awesome help!
Tellers and Bankers are great and professional.
They locked their doors before their closing time and refused to help me. Frustrating that I pulled some strings to come over to the bank before they close and they can close early and refuse to help me. It’s always something or another with Wells Fargo. Don’t bank here. Save yourself the heartache and find a different bank.
The worst customer service ever. I wanted to make a new bank account with them, and when I went there, there bankers were sitting there taking a rest and they told me if you don't have an appointment, we cannot help you out. How a new customer would know if they need an appointment or not for the first time walking to this bank. And I don't have enough time to come back any time during the weekend. I have bank accounts with other banks and it never happened to me before.
Received excellent service from Mark Robinson at this branch who was very helpful and went above and beyond. Service like this makes me happy to be a Well's Fargo customer.
