I’ve been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 35 years! I LOVE the Wappingers Falls branch! Each and everytime I visit the branch I am greeted by my name with huge smiles from the staff! They are consistently amazing and I love stopping in just to see everyone’s smiling faces! Keep up the good work!
I've been a customer with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and have never had a reason to leave the bank. I have not been inside of a Wells Fargo in several years because most of my banking is done online, however had to go in today and what I will say is that, although there was a line, because there was only two tellers, the what I assume is a manager, Andrew, was super polite, went down the row of people to ask what they were there for and even started taking customers himself at the desk. Been having issues closing an account with WF for over 2 Years... After months of playing games on the phone.. and multiple Doc u sign trys.. Someone finally tells me i can go to a branch and get hard copies done... I go to a local branch to get help with the paperwork... I use their fax to submit and their Service Advisor to sign and verify... In the branch, Even he has a hard time getting someone that can properly advise him.. he tried.
