This branch just earned a solid F in customer service & courtesy of its manager on 3/27/2026. Whenever I’m in the area and in a hurry, I swing by to make deposits. I politely asked if I could grab a few deposit slips: one for today and a couple for future visits. The sharply dressed “manager” looked at me and said, with complete seriousness: “You can only have one (1) deposit slip. I don’t understand the complaints sure the facilities are dated and the bank’s procedures and processes are cumbersome confusing and difficult, but think the staff is first rate. I have everyone there to be very positive patient and polite. It’s why I give them five stars!!
Horrible, cars only layout, but they are open, clean and not crowded at all. I've been with WF for two decades and even had a mortgage from them without problems. Bike access would get five stars.
This wells fargo has a fantastic customer service, branch manager Mr. Andrew Trivero went above and beyond to fix my bank issues. Thank you very much Sir!
