This bank is terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. They charged me $10 just to cash a check, trying to force me to open a checking account — even though I already have a credit card with them. That’s their little game. No account, no cash. That just ain’t right. Shady, money-grabbing practices. Plenty of better banks out there. Avoid this one.
The post office is z model of efficiency compared to this location
This branch is severely under staffed as far as tellers go. Can take long periods to receive change orders, as a small business owner it's hard for me to leave premises for long periods of time. Also feel the staff can be very rude. UPDATE: After complaing to corporate about this branch, the next time I went in I was immediately confronted by the tellers about my complaint. Sorry but I own a business and it is not acceptable to confront and make the customer feel uncomfortable about their feedback. I will NEVER go here again... read more
This bank shows it is open on Saturday on Google map but we stopped by and it is close. Not good customer service.
Made an appointment. It’s 15 minutes after my appointment time and the apparently one person we can see is still tied up. I just want to close my dead mom’s account- which they forced me to come in for since apparently they can’t just do it with a death certificate, a will, and beneficiary designations. A walk-in that came in after us is currently being seen… by two employees. This is stupid. So glad I don’t bank at this inefficient place.
