Well organized and well funded.
This bank and their employees are terrible. The manager is the worst manager I've ever dealt with since 1995 of having an account. There I showed up at 415 to get a notary. I was told the gentleman only one person could do a notary. And that I was more than willing to wait. They just didn't know how long it was going to be.
