This bank and their employees are terrible. The manager is the worst manager I've ever dealt with since 1995 of having an account. There I showed up at 415 to get a notary. I was told the gentleman only one person could do a notary. And that I was more than willing to wait. They just didn't know how long it was going to be. Today I went in to the bank for assistance wiring funds to buy a house. Albert came to my rescue, as the bankers who normally handle these transaction were busy, and walked me through the entire process on my WF APP. He was thoughtful, thorough, and double checked every step with me until the transfer was completed. He made the whole process stress free, and I commend him for his dedication.
