Today I went in to the bank for assistance wiring funds to buy a house. Albert came to my rescue, as the bankers who normally handle these transaction were busy, and walked me through the entire process on my WF APP. He was thoughtful, thorough, and double checked every step with me until the transfer was completed. He made the whole process stress free, and I commend him for his dedication.
Service fees are insane. Changed my accounts without any notice so they can charge more fees. Stay away.
Bank branches are emptier than ever, what a dismissive experience when trying to send a wire with branch staff who would prefer to sit and take extended lunch breaks versus service real customers with money.
