I had a terrible experience to this location, I went to make a deposit into this branch with my 4years old daughter, there was a long line, it happens that my daughter wanted to use the restroom I asked them for help, they told me they don’t have a public restroom and I understand that is the rules, I asked to speak to a manager for help, a manager named Ray came up looked me in the eye and said I should take her to McDonald. 1 star specifically for this branch. I wish I read the reviews prior to coming to this location. Opened my daughter her very first checking account at this location and I wish I had went to a different branch. I've banked with Wells Fargo for 20+ years and haven't had issues until now. 1st off they were late in taking us in for my scheduled appointment - mind you, I am on a tight schedule since my work hours are their business hours & they are not open on weekends.
