The company I work for and myself have been banking with Wells Fargo Bank at the 1021 W Owens branch for many years now. and I highly recommend them. The tellers are always fast and friendly always at front HIRAM and CRISTINA they have always helped me and im very content with their customer service (my number ones) ALWAYS!
I recently visited the Wells Fargo branch located on W Owens Ave and would like to provide feedback regarding my interaction at the teller window. While I understand the branch can be busy and staff may be managing multiple tasks at once, the overall tone of the interaction felt unwelcoming. On a Friday afternoon there's one teller in the window and two workers in the back doing nothing and people waiting in line for an hour
Had appointment w/ Carol at this branch a few weeks before moving to Manila, Philippines. She changed my account to lower fees & got new debit card sent to me. Other than that, not helpful at all. She knows it's difficult to bank in another country & didn't help. Now I'm in Manila & I cannot even pay for a place to live because she didn't inform me of how impossible Wells Fargo makes it to wire money from my WF account to someone else's bank account in Philippines.
