Had appointment w/ Carol at this branch a few weeks before moving to Manila, Philippines. She changed my account to lower fees & got new debit card sent to me. Other than that, not helpful at all. She knows it's difficult to bank in another country & didn't help. I went there a month ago because i had $1000 in $20 bills and wanted to exchange them with $100 bills, and they did it for me. Today I went again to do the same thing, the supervisor met me at the door, and when I told her what I want to do, she told me go to the window and see if they will do it for you, then she went to employees at the windows and secretly told them not to do it, I was able to hear her, so I asked her why are you telling them not to do it, she said it's the policy.
