cannot renew card，need to fill tedious forms to deposit money. Awful experience.
im honestly unsure if it's just the brand or just this location, but either way, go literally anywhere else. The experience here is enough to drop wells Fargo as my banker. I will be doing that at my next earliest convenience.
Came in to open an account and didn't have an appointment. I was told I'd be next in line to be helped. 20 minutes later, at least three other people who came in after me were helped before they called my name, so I got up and left. Absolutely unacceptable.
I mean 25 minutes on the drive thru is crazy I'm sorry but I work i don't have 30 minutes to stop by the drive thru
Waited in line for 30 minutes, was told to wait some more and then told that we had to come back because they closed in the next 30 minutes. Mind you the person in front of us cut us in line and was helped no problem. 30 minutes is plenty of time to open an account, literally saw them open an account in 15 minutes. Won’t be coming back to this location for any reason.
