Went here to get an issue resolved that was not my fault. They basically said I was SOL and there was nothing they could do about the bank stealing money from me. I Went to a different branch to give the bank more of my money and to close my account. The 2nd branch was more eager to help me. This issue has been resolved and I am still a customer for now. Get it together people.
