Service is decent and helpful. But did not have offers as good as Chase. Location is decent.
Would not make change for several $20.00 to smaller bills, offered to do one $20. You would need an account to do more than the one $20.
Amanda was perfectly professional and courteous. I can't thank her enough.
Bad service customer
We were in the Emmett branch office on May 23, 2022 and want to recognize Ms.Poindexter for excellent customer service. She printed several forms for us, notarized several signatures and helped examine a few forms to make sure we had the correct ones. And all this was late in the day. We certainly hope she is recognized for her courteous and efficient service.
