Went in to request change for a $100 bill and the teller reluctantly agreed to do it this once but said she wouldn’t do it again because I don’t have an account with them. Last time I checked, a $100 bill was considered legal tender. Very poor customer service and I would never open an account there based on this experience. Edit 8/23/22: After emailing a couple of times with the social media customer service center, they refused to pursue my complaint unless I provided them with my personal information including my address.... read more
