Horrible customer service. I came in and was told by the teller that they couldn’t assist me and I needed to speak with a banker. I agreed and waited patiently. While waiting, a woman walked in, said she had a “quick question,” and was immediately helped by two bankers—even though I had already been waiting 45 minutes to an hour.
