Took many days to find out desired information and when finally received a call back they had no helpfull information and actually proceed to twll me check the website for more information. Marion branch has done more for me on this matter in 1 day and did not treat me that way, Marion branch is significantly better and knowledgeable.
I always have a great experience in this branch. I really enjoy how much they care about individuals and how patient they are with all questions. Recently I opened an account for my mom and Marc helped me so much and patiently he helped her through all the steps I Really appreciate everything he did.
I went here with a check from a local business owner. They refused to cash the check in the drive thru. This was in the middle of a snowstorm and nothing was shoveled and their drive wasn't plowed there was inches of snow on the ground. But I figured I'd go in anyway. I was going to go in, and the teller told me I needed 2 forms of ID. Who carries 2 forms of ID? Not me.
