I always have a great experience in this branch. I really enjoy how much they care about individuals and how patient they are with all questions. Recently I opened an account for my mom and Marc helped me so much and patiently he helped her through all the steps I Really appreciate everything he did.
I went here with a check from a local business owner. They refused to cash the check in the drive thru. This was in the middle of a snowstorm and nothing was shoveled and their drive wasn't plowed there was inches of snow on the ground. But I figured I'd go in anyway. I was going to go in, and the teller told me I needed 2 forms of ID. Who carries 2 forms of ID? Not me. Shut down and then atm no money and I am a walker that lives in neighborhood can't even rely on my own bank to have cash in ATM
When we moved to Cedar Rapids in 2020 from NC, this branch was closed due to covid. So we put our safe deposit box at another WF location. When it opened back up, we were quite pleased and have received great service up until recently. Today was the final straw. We have attempted to use the drive- thru lane several times in past few weeks but it is never open. (As I have had femur surgery recently, and another upcoming surgery as well, a drive-thru lane is imperative if I am not with my husband.) Today, again...it was closed... read more
