Very disappointing service. Poor communication and unhelpful staff. I expected much better. (There manager was not helpful )
My time as a customer was completely not valued. Jonathan called my husband on a Friday and we discussed that we would like to reevaluate a CD we have with Wells Fargo. We made an appointment with him the next day. Not only was he 20 minutes late to our appointment with him (with zero apologies) it was evident that he had no interest in helping us with our CD.
