Put a 8 day hold on my own check from another bank for zero reason except for the signature doesn’t look right. It’s my own signature from my old bank to my new bank Wells Fargo! super disappointing. Cost me money… obviously AI flagged a perfect signature for no reason.Wells Fargo do better…Wells Fargo is definitely not the same thing it used to be…
Came in to close an account that had been hacked. The branch manager Dwayne refused to help since it was 10 minutes to closing and it was something I could do over the phone. (The fraud department told me to go to a branch to change the account.) Worst customer service I have recieved as a Wells Fargo customer for over 25 years. I will be switching our accounts from Wells Fargo to another banking institution due to this interaction.
