My time as a customer was completely not valued. Jonathan called my husband on a Friday and we discussed that we would like to reevaluate a CD we have with Wells Fargo. We made an appointment with him the next day. Not only was he 20 minutes late to our appointment with him (with zero apologies) it was evident that he had no interest in helping us with our CD. 0 star if i could. The worst bank. The manager would argues with you instead of coming up with solution.Refuse to help, This guy needs to be fire. Save your time and money, use a different bank.
Bin with wells fargo for 18 + years never had any problems
We came in to get help activating an online teen banking account for my daughter, and Urja was the most patient and kind banker. We ran into some issues and she did everything she could to help and we were successful in the end! I hope this feedback is passed on to her, because she is amazing!
