Wells Fargo is the worst. I deposited my wife's money into her account but mistakenly left her debit card at the teller. Then, they wouldn't allow me to pick it back up, even though I literally just gave it to you so they call my wife to come get it. She shows up, but bc her new drivers liscense has her new married last name they are STILL holding her debit card hostage. Hard to fail harder at customer service than you already do.. Yet, with each new visit, the fails and horrible service prove more awful than the last. It is truly maddening how many hoops we, as customers, are expected to jump through to maintain a banking relationship with "the big banks", as your branch manager so rightfully described your company.
