Trying to open 3 smalls business ac and I have a training staff and the manager booked me for 3 hours and she is not the person to help me with this Guess what The training staff can’t open the acc and it’s just the first acc
Decent branch, but they really need more staff. Every time I come in, the line is long and moves slow. Feels like they’ve only got one or two people trying to handle everything. That said, the folks who are working are friendly and do their best just too few of them. Wouldn’t mind coming here if they picked up the pace a bit.
If you use atms don't ever visit this location. Last time I was here the ATM was out of 50s. This time I go to the ATM and they're out of twenties. You're a bank! Having money is your only job! How hard is it to keep an ATM full of 20s and 50s I've reached the end of my rope. Can't even deposit checks 5/19/25. None of the atms will accept. What a joke. You have 2 jobs. Give money, take money. 50% is useless.
