I would like to take the time to acknowledge Brittany Lewis for her exceptional customer service when I came to the branch on May 23, 2025. I came in and as usual, I was waiting in line. As I was waiting, my teller (Brittany Lewis) was outside of her post, helping a customer on her phone. That touched me because usually tellers do not go outside of their post to go above and beyond for customers, but for her to take the extra step to help, was remarkable. This branch clearly has serious management or system problems. A year ago, I made an appointment to set up a CD account. I arrived on time and was told that the banker was held behind by the previous customer but would be with me shortly. 45 minutes later, they said the system was down and the wait was indefinite. They said they would call to reschedule my appointment, and they never did. I went to the Shady Grove location instead, and everything was great. A year later, my CD has matured. I was deceived by the banker there to upgrade my Regular Checking Account to Premier Checking Account in order to receive my $2,500 bonus. I waited over 90 days and then they refused to give me my bonus. The Banker, Manager and Corporate refused to accept responsibilities of the mistake the Banker made. I will move my money elsewhere soon enough after doing business with them over 20 years plus. So sad. The Banker and I had a terrible dispute at the branch and a shouting match escalated.
