This branch clearly has serious management or system problems. A year ago, I made an appointment to set up a CD account. I arrived on time and was told that the banker was held behind by the previous customer but would be with me shortly. 45 minutes later, they said the system was down and the wait was indefinite. I was deceived by the banker there to upgrade my Regular Checking Account to Premier Checking Account in order to receive my $2,500 bonus. I waited over 90 days and then they refused to give me my bonus. The Banker, Manager and Corporate refused to accept responsibilities of the mistake the Banker made. I’ve been a WF customer for over 25 years. After today, my first time at this location, I may close all my accounts with them. I will not return to this location.
