I came by the drive thru today to make a deposit and they had deposit slips ready to go in the canister. Rosario completed my transaction quickly even though there was a line and asked if I wanted my balance after the deposit. Even though I couldn’t see her I could hear the smile in her voice and she even thanked me for the exact years I’ve been with Wells Fargo. It was a perfect interaction. Thank you.
