Been sitting here 45 min to simply do a wire transfer to purchase a home & still haven’t been seen. Nor did I even know you had to go into a branch to up a wire transfer. This branch is absolutely ridiculous. 45 min and still haven’t been seen
Del does not appear to understand the fundamentals of good customer service. His interactions came across as unprofessional and lacking courtesy. Unfortunately, this was one of the poorest customer service experiences I have had. I would encourage him to invest in personal development and customer service training to improve his communication skills and interactions with customers, as his approach did not feel sincere or customer-focused.
I did a wire this morning with a client for $197k and the bank manager and banker stated the transaction needed 2 reps for authorization of this transaction then afterwards confirmed it. However 5 hours later I went to another branch just to know the wire was never authorized and never sent. I would like for the negligence of the bank and workers to be supervised and monitored how ever this was fraudulent services.
