I went to this branch to create an estate account for a recently deceased parent. The process was by no means easy, but the bankers were supportive, efficient and most importantly, kind. I have been with Wells Fargo for many years and have always been pleased with my choice. This last encounter went way above and beyond and really reinforced why I stay with Wells Fargo - but now I travel specifically to this branch. They are amazing!
Wells Fargo is really good your normal banking needs, and they do watch over your account very carefully. However, in the past 2 months, I have had credit card fraud on my Wells Fargo Visa that's tied to my checking account, and to make matters worse, they won't even overnight the new card to me!!! I find this to be totally outrageous and ridiculous!! This also happened 8 times with my Wells Fargo regular Visa card, which they did overnight me the new card. This review is more towards Wells Fargo Bank. I went to this location yesterday with three older ladies, my mom, my grandmother, and my great-aunt. When we went in, we were greeted pretty quickly. I explained to the representative that my mom, my grandmother, and my great-aunt needed to open an account for each of them, and they needed assistance in spanish. I really dislike this bank. If it wasn’t such a pain to move all of my accounts to another bank and change all my direct deposits and bill pay, I would’ve left a long time ago. I have to come here weekly to make cash deposits for my business and the tellers couldn’t be any more rude or work any slower. They move like molasses, have no sense of urgency at all, and just have this air about them that they really don’t care how long you wait in line.
