Never in my life have I seen a bank that's so sorry!!! They have a ridiculous amount of hidden fees, people steal your checks and wipe out your account and yeah, they put the money back in, only to take it right back out and keep the remaining money licked to where u can't get it!!! That us not how u do business! I have children and a fiancé. This bank is pitiful! Sorry as hell.
