I had a scheduled appointment, but a few hours beforehand I was told the branch could not handle my request because only one banker was available and the necessary system access was not available. While I appreciate the advance notice, it is still concerning that a basic banking need could not be handled due to staffing and access limitations. Additionally, this appointment was already difficult to schedule due to my and my partners work schedule. Incredibly disappointed.
The people of this branch make banking here easy and they are always friendly. Today I was greeted smilingly in the lobby by Hunter who listened and understood what I asked and confidently guided me every step of the way to my solution—easily and quickly. What a relief! It was Bre’anna who worked so kindly and knowledgeably with me to open an estate account when I needed it. The tellers there waved to me today as I left. I’m glad I bank here.
