The people of this branch make banking here easy and they are always friendly. Today I was greeted smilingly in the lobby by Hunter who listened and understood what I asked and confidently guided me every step of the way to my solution—easily and quickly. What a relief! It was Bre’anna who worked so kindly and knowledgeably with me to open an estate account when I needed it. The tellers there waved to me today as I left. I’m glad I bank here.
This branch went above and beyond my expectations. I was greeted by Ana as soon as I walked in, and she took the time to listen to my situation regarding a closed account. She reviewed everything with the branch manager, Ricardo, and together they exceeded my expectations by helping me open a new checking account. Thank you both for the excellent service!
Picture this, walking into a bank, expecting to cash in your old piggy bank (bills and coins) WHAM, no coin machine. Here I am now enemy number 1 to all of these patrons, wallet tapping, huffing and puffing… I even offer to just take my coins home. The angel of a teller tells me that it’s okay and continues to count my coins. I almost wish she told me to take them back it would have been better!
