Overall a trash bank, with trash financial products, trash staff, and awful support. Avoid at all costs. Go with a smaller regional bank that are full of phone trees and automated bs support.
I had a appointment for today 2.00 oclcok. I waited 20 minutes but no one shoed up asked the front desk he said she is assisting someone else. What is the point of having a appointment if you can't provide employee. Pissed off I left and change my mind opening a account here. First you need to learn what is appointment and why do people need it.
