Met the Manager today. How rude! I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and she treated like she did? I am unsure why she was treating me horribly, but I will leave Wells Fargo and bank with another place. Very disappointed, that she was not professional and rude.
Just take your business elsewhere. They provide little value over competition and have been steadfast in taking away services for customers. I find it hard to think of a positive experience i’ve had with Wells Fargo over the years, and am disgusted with what they have gotten away with on a corporate level. Times are changing, and they almost certainly will be left behind.
Ms. Stackhouse did a wonderful job with me at this Bank location today & it made the best part of my day possible. Thanks so much for an awesome job.
