Worst banking experience I've ever had. I needed some simple help from a Banker to verify my identity and they preferred to staying chatting around and laughing inside their desk. Went in the next day during my lunch break, this time around the banker said she had 20 minutes before her next appointment and when I told her it was to verify my online application she said she didn't have the time to help me. The manager Shana, Vicky and Kim the tellers will go above and beyond to make sure you get any issue resolved. This is my go to branch for anything I need and the only branch that will always get things resolve for me. The que are always less comparison to other branch.
