Extremely poor service. I had a scheduled appointment at 12 PM and was told the wait would be 5 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes with no assistance or communication, we left. The staff seemed disorganized and unaware of appointments. An employee was sitting on the computer the whole time without helping anyone. Very frustrating experience.

Worst banking experience I've ever had. I needed some simple help from a Banker to verify my identity and they preferred to staying chatting around and laughing inside their desk. Went in the next day during my lunch break, this time around the banker said she had 20 minutes before her next appointment and when I told her it was to verify my online application she said she didn't have the time to help me.
