Came here today at 1pm to open an account. Sorry. No bankers working today. You’ll have to call and make an appt, here is a card. Hahahahahaha. If YOU can’t be bothered to staff someone to open accounts at 1pm on a weekday, I certainly can’t be bothered to book an appt and come back. ***this is a sign of trouble in my opinion. I’d take my money out of WF!!! Shocking approach to business.

I had the pleasure of working with Todd’Nisha today on an issue that other Wells Fargo branches brushed me off from. I had an account closure due to an incorrect address and I never received the cashiers check. Todd’Nisha (I hope Im spelling your name right) went through the entire process. Got the paper work filed and also assisted her coworker in getting the process figured out in the new system.
