Very friendly and helpful staff. Well kept inside
Someone is spoofing their number trying to collect information. I don't even live in Nebraska so I hung up. However, when I try to get a hold of anyone at this location to verify someone hasn’t attempted to open an account in my name, the phone just rings. Have attempted multiple times.
Set up an appointment with a banker and she showed up to the appointment 40 minutes late with no communication, and then transferred money out of the wrong account despite me specifying which one it should come out of. Would leave 0 stars if I could.
