Greatly disappointed in Wells Fargo at this point. I've been a customer for close to 30 years. I don't know for how much longer. Received a letter in May they are closing Pine St. on Aug 11. I needed to empty my safe deposit box by July 30 and I need to call the Hillcrest office to schedule an appointment to schedule an appointment. Called the number provided on July 9 and was told they could not schedule an appointment because Pine St was closed and I would have to go online and schedule an appointment. Ordered foreign currency right before the bank "Temporarily" closed. This was several months ago. I have confirmation that the foreign currency is at the bank but have been unsuccessful trying to have the foreign currency transferred to another branch that is open so I can pick up. I had to order additional foreign currency at another branch that is open to have available for an upcoming international trip.
Why would you close both banks on the Eastside? You already closed the drive thru at this location. That is rediculous now all of us on the Eastside will have to drive to the other side of town to make our deposits. I have business deposits and go to the bank daily. This will also make our wait time longer due to the lines being longer.
Visited there today and Vicki was extremely helpful. She made sure she helped me in the best way possible and that she understood what I needed before she proceeded which I greatly appreciate. Even with a long line forming, she made sure I got everything I needed and all my questions answered before I left. Will go back to this location for any questions and needs I have in the future! Thank you very much!
