Great experience opening my business account with Betty. The process was very informative, and she took the time to explain everything I needed clearly. I've been with them for 15 years. I like em. But they will not take care of you if the money is there.
I have had a Credit card with Wells Fargo for 15 years. Today when i went by the bank they said they couldn't give me 100 ones for a $100 bill........ they makemore nterest off of me with my credit card than they ever did with a checking account.... but won't give me change???? Wow.... this is the wells fargo across from Westgate mall in Spartanburg SC...... on Ezell blvd..... NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM.....They simply don't care about their customers. I'm paying off this CC and getting a new one.
Tellers need to ask what account to deposit checks into instead of assuming. This is by far the worst branch I’ve ever been to.
