I have had a Credit card with Wells Fargo for 15 years. Today when i went by the bank they said they couldn't give me 100 ones for a $100 bill........ they makemore nterest off of me with my credit card than they ever did with a checking account.... but won't give me change???? Wow.... this is the wells fargo across from Westgate mall in Spartanburg SC...... on Ezell blvd..... NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM.....They simply don't care about their customers. I'm paying off this CC and getting a new one.
Tellers need to ask what account to deposit checks into instead of assuming. This is by far the worst branch I’ve ever been to.
It’s really terrible customer service that NO ONE one at the Westgate/WO Ezell branch in Spartanburg, SC can answer the phone. I have called 16 times from 11:30-4:30 today (Friday). Yes, they are open. No, it’s not something that can be handled on the mobile app.
Employees are nice and friendly but every time I have to go to this location there is a line backed up to the doors and the ATM machine inside the bank is usually out of order.
