Im very thankful for Trent today.! I thought I made an appointment at another location for this morning but I didn't press the confirm button at the end of creating the appointment. I found out when I arrived at 9 AM at the first location that I didn't have an appointment. It was recommended that I call other locations as I needed assistance by 10:40 AM.
