So just today my mom left the Wells Fargo in Harlingen, TX and forgot her card right when it closed and tried asking the lady if she could please open the door to get her card back, but the lady kept saying “Sorry I cant we just closed.” Some people can be so miserable, it’s the saddest thing ever. I can’t begin to imagine how badly this Wells Fargo treats their other customers with their money as well. Shame on them. #Rude #Smh #WellsFargo #WellsFargoHarlingenTX
went to make a deposit in my wife's account while she is out of the country. which I do every year while she is visiting family in Uganda. this morning I was told that even though I have her debit card and account info. I cannot make a deposit for her as I am not on her account. What a joke. thanks Wells Fargo for wasting my time.
