Very bad experience with this branch. We went to 2 other Wells Fargo in Sterling where they were able to assist more than this place. This is the last Wells Fargo in Herndon which is unfortuate due to its management. My mother recently had a mistake done with a cash deposit which is unbelievable because she provided her ID when depositing. Somehow it went into a wrong account. Update 3: Everyone’s cool now. I like coming here. Update 2: I also want to call out Claudia for being awesome, not sure why she isn’t the manager. I’d like to specifically shout out Johnson. He helped me get what I was looking for and I look forward to seeing him behind the counter again.
I will never come back to this bank I came to cash a simple 1600 check and I was waiting for over 40 minutes as if I brought in a fake check then they were giggling and trying to be funny thank god I don’t bank with these ignorant people if I could give a 0 star I would and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to bank with Wells Fargo the whole staff is absolutely trash and I mean trash ‼️
